When prompted to 'Run' or 'Save' the 'OnlineSupport.exe' file choose 'Run'. The executable will be downloaded and you may be prompted again to 'Run' or 'Don't Run' the file, choose 'Run'.
When the 'Online Support' screen is displayed enter the 'Partner ID' that was given to you in the confirmation email, along with your name and then click 'Join' to join the support session.
